• Code of Record – International Residential Building Code 2006.
• Footings will be dug and poured per code requirements using 3500 psi concrete.
• Slab perimeters will not be insulated.
• Exterior insulated walls will be of 2x6, 24” on center construction.
• Exterior walls will be insulated with Blown In Bat Style (BIBS) Insulation with an R-Value of R-23 and R-38.
